Rectoly のメールのアカウントを削除
This page deletes the account you made in Rectoly for Zotero or Rectoly for Mendeley by signing in with an email address and a code.
Rectoly for Zotero または Rectoly for Mendeley で、メールアドレスと確認コードでサインインして作ったアカウントを、このページから削除できます。
- Enter the email address of the account.
- Enter the 6-digit code we mail to that address. It shows the address is yours.
- Read what will be deleted, and confirm. The account is deleted at once.
- アカウントのメールアドレスを入力します。
- そのアドレスに届く 6 桁のコードを入力します（ご本人のアドレスであることの確認です）。
- 削除されるものを確かめて、確定します。アカウントは直ちに削除されます。

Our server no longer holds the account, its sign-ins, its trial record or the record of which purchases were linked to it — except, for 400 days, the start of a trial this account had begun. Rectoly apps that were signed in with it will be signed out the next time they check.
アカウント、すべての端末でのサインイン、トライアルの記録、どのご購入が結び付いていたかの記録は、当社サーバーから削除されました（このアカウントで開始していたトライアルの開始日時だけは、400 日間保持します）。このアカウントでサインインしていた Rectoly のアプリは、次に確認したときにサインアウトされます。
A purchase made through the App Store or Google Play stays with that store account, and the papers, annotations and notes on your devices are not touched. You can close this page.

What is deleted, at once, from our server
当社サーバーから直ちに削除されるもの
- The account: when it was made and last signed in to (the address itself was never stored), and the ID derived from your email address, unless a trial had been started (see below).
- Its sign-ins on every device. Rectoly on those devices is signed out the next time it checks.
- Its trial record, and the record of which purchases were linked to this account.
- アカウント：作成日時と最後のサインインの日時（メールアドレスそのものは保存していません）と、メールアドレスから作った ID（トライアルを開始していた場合を除きます。下記をご覧ください）。
- すべての端末でのサインイン。その端末の Rectoly は、次に確認したときにサインアウトされます。
- トライアルの記録と、どのご購入がこのアカウントに結び付いているかの記録。
What stays
残るもの
- If this account had started a free trial: the date and time it started, with the ID derived from your address, for 400 days — so that the trial cannot be started over with the same address. Then it is deleted automatically.
- A purchase made through the App Store or Google Play stays with that store account. It keeps working on that device and can be restored.
- Our record of a purchase itself (the store receipt or purchase token; for a purchase on our website, the Paddle transaction and customer IDs, amount, currency, date and refund status) stays, with this account’s ID removed from it. If you want that deleted too, write to us before you delete the account — afterwards we may no longer be able to tell which purchase was yours.
- Papers, annotations and notes on your devices are not touched.
- Records that others keep under their own policies: Apple’s, Google’s or Paddle’s record of a purchase, and MailerSend’s delivery record of the code emails.
- Our server logs, which never contain the address or the code, are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- このアカウントでトライアルを開始していた場合：その開始日時と、メールアドレスから作った ID を 400 日間。同じメールアドレスでトライアルをやり直せないようにするためで、その後は自動的に削除されます。
- App Store や Google Play でのご購入は、ストアのアカウントに残ります。その端末では引き続き使え、あらためて復元もできます。
- ご購入そのものの記録（ストアのレシートまたは購入トークン。当社ウェブサイトでのご購入では Paddle の取引 ID と顧客 ID、支払額、通貨、日付、返金の有無）は、このアカウントの ID を外したうえで当社サーバーに残ります。こちらも削除をご希望の場合は、アカウントを削除する前にご連絡ください（削除したあとは、どのご購入がお客様のものかを当社で特定できなくなることがあります）。
- 端末にある論文・注釈・ノートには触れません。
- ほかの事業者がそれぞれの方針で保持する記録：Apple・Google・Paddle の購入の記録と、MailerSend の確認コードのメールの配信記録。
- 当社サーバーのログ（メールアドレスも確認コードも含みません）は、30 日後に自動的に削除されます。
It cannot be undone

- A purchase made on our website (through Paddle) that is linked only to this account cannot be restored afterwards.
- Signing in again with the same address makes a new account. Within 400 days a trial this account had started continues from its original start; it does not start over.
- 当社ウェブサイト（Paddle）でのご購入がこのアカウントにだけ結び付いている場合、削除後は復元できません。
- 同じメールアドレスでもう一度サインインすると、新しいアカウントになります。400 日以内であれば、このアカウントで開始していたトライアルは元の開始日時から続き、やり直しにはなりません。
